CLINTON — Kathleen Suedel is a familiar face in Clinton’s schools, where she is an active supporter of athletics and other activities that her son is involved in.
And on Tuesday, she was named the Clinton Public School District’s Parent of the Year for the 2012-13 school year. She was given the award in a surprise presentation at Clinton Junior High, where is works in the front office.
“Mrs. Suedel is active in the Touchdown Club, and during the football season she prepared meals every Sunday for our football coaches when they came to the school to plan for the next week,” said Dr. Eddie Peasant, Clinton High School principal.
